I stayed in the Garden Room for two nights and loved it! The property is lovely and the hosts are extremely kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend this b&b to anyone visiting the Cape. Thanks Len & Pat!

The Hydrangea Room is located on the second floor from the main entrance. Overlooking Mill Pond, the sunrises are spectacular. There is an en suite bath with a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. Other amenities include a newly-installed fireplace, Cable TV with VCR and DVD players, alarm clock, his and her robes, fine quality bedding, including a feather bed. and toiletries.THE HOLLY ROOM: now with a newly-installed fireplace!
