The 1720 House
Located in the Historic District of Vineyard Haven, a few minutes walk to ferry, town and beach, The 1720 House is an ideal year-round retreat for guests who seek an intimate atmosphere in the spirit and style of the best of Martha's Vineyard. This National Register of Historic Homes structure was built in 1720 and placed in its present location in 1735. Its unique pre-1750 Gunstock Style architecture, layout and amenities are of a grace and character of a bygone era, improved for modern convenience and comfort.
The 1720 House is also available as an exclusively-yours house rental. The owner is on premise to facilitate guest's needs, an optional continental breakfast can be served, and daily housekeeper is included.
