You have found the perfect location for your b&b on Cape Cod: our Inn sits at the elbow of the Cape, has a magnificent view of Pleasant Bay and has a Cranberry Bog next door. We are in the middle between Nauset Beach in Orleans and the charming village of Chatham. Our Inn features 9 bedrooms all with their own bath. Some have bay view, others overlook the gardens. You can choose between The Main House, the Bay Rooms or the Carriage House. We also have our own dock and beach.

Route 6 to exit 11. Left at end of ramp. Almost immediate left onto Pleasant Bay Road. Go to very end of Pleasant Bay Road. Left onto Route 28 towards Orleans. Entrance to property is on left after 3/4 mile, next to Cranberry Bog.
Nearest major airport: Providence, RI (PVD-T.F. Green State) 100 miles
Directions from airport:
Take I-95 North to I-195 East (in Providence). At end of I-195 take Route 25 East to Cape Cod. Take exit 2 to Sagamore Bridge and Route 6 North.

Cancellations:
If canceled 14 days prior to planned stay refund of deposit minus $25.00 processing fee. The same if within 14 days and the room is booked for same time by another guest. Full payment if visit is shortened or canceled at day of check-in.
