From the North: 93 South to 3 South to Sagamore Bridge/Route 6 East. Exit 2, turn left. As you approach Sandwich you'll see the Dunbar Tea Room on your right, Shawme Pond and Dexter Grist Mill to your left. You'll come to a "Y" in the road, follow the sign 130 north, turn left. Grove is immediately to your left. Our driveway is immediately as you come onto Grove. You'll see a white mailbox with our address (4 Grove) and seasonal flowers in a troth. Proceed up the driveway and you're there! Welcome!

- Deposit amount required (One-night's deposit is required for stays of 3 days or less, 2-night's deposit for 4-7 days & may be adjusted f/longer stays, holidays & special events.)
- Check in time is 3:00-6:00 p.m. and Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Cancellations:
When making reservations please remember that you are making a commitment to us and we are making one to you. Should you need to cancel all or part of a reservation, we must receive notice no less than twenty-one (21) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $35 processing fee. Cancellations received less than twenty-one (21) days prior to your current arrival date will be nonrefundable. If rooms are rebooked, a full refund will be returned (less $35). Notify us if you must cancel your stay. We realize that life does happen and plans do change. We will make every effort to work with you. This policy pertains to early check-outs as well.
