Inn Details
The Linden Tree Inn consists of the main house and the carriage house. The main house was built in 1870 and features 12 antique decorated guests rooms with private bath. The inn offers a spacious sun room, dining room and living room for guests to mingle and relax. The morning brings Tobey's delicious home baked breakfast. The Carriage House offers spacious efficiency rooms which have private bath, efficiency kitchen, cable TV, AC, and a rear deck overlooking the gardens. The inn is located just 800 feet from the beach, shops, galleries, and great restaurants. We are also conveniently located near the train station which is a short ride to Salem and Boston. The AAA rated inn is open year round for your convenience. Rates are very competitive.

Policies
- Minimum stay required (2 night stay weekends Memorial day through Mid October, 3 nights on holiday W/E)
- Smoking is not allowed (Outside only away from building and decks)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- Children are welcome (Carriage House & Rose Green suite, main house not suitable)
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (disrespectful behavior from drinking will not be tolerated)
- Check in time is 2:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
- Cancellations:
