Captain's House
Set directly on a rocky shoreline, our guest house will give you that home-away-from-home feeling, with spacious living room with fireplace, comfortable furnishings and spectacular water views. A continental breakfast is served on the sun porch overlooking the ocean. Each of the five bedrooms and five baths is tastefully decorated. The Captain's House is conveniently located just a mile and a half from the center of the town of Rockport.

Take Route 128 North to Gloucester through two rotaries and turn left onto Route 127 North at the traffic light. Continue approximately ½ mile on Route 127 and take a right just after the Shaw’s Supermarket onto Barn Lane. At the end of Barn Lane (after 200 yards) turn left onto Route 127A/Thatcher Rd. After 3.4 miles turn right onto Marmion Way; the Captain’s House is situated prominently ½ mile along on the right. - Nearest major airport: Boston, MA (BOS-Logan Intl.) 37 miles

Take Route 1A North for 2 miles to Route 60 West. Follow 60 West for 2 miles to Route 1 North. Stay on Route 1 North for 7 miles until you reach the exit for 128 North, which you will stay on for 21 miles. Then follow directions from Route 128 above.
