Please notify us as soon as possible if your plans change. You may cancel your reservation up to 21 days prior to arrival with a full refund less a $35.00 cancellation fee per room. Within 21 days, we will refund your deposit less a $35.00 cancellation fee per room only if the room is re-rented for the entire period of your reservation. There are NO deposit refunds for special events, holiday periods or for shortened stays after registration.
