      Notice of cancellations must be received at least three weeks prior to arrival in order to receive a refund of your deposit, less a 10% administrative fee. Deposits for short notice cancellations will be refunded, less a 10% administrative fee, only if we are able to re-rent the unit and have no other vacancies.

                  wood-burning fireplace, ten windows overlooking the gardens,
                  spacious seating area, kitchenette, and of course private bath
                  with tub.
    Tucked away at the end of the
                  hall the Victoria features a four poster, queen size bed,
                  comfortable seating area, antique cast iron wood burning fireplace, private
                  bath and sunny windows that overlook the gardens on both sides
                  of the inn.Our beautiful gardens have become a a favorite site
         for weddings, commitment ceremonies, and other special events. If you're planning
