Located in Provincetown Massachusetts on Cape Cod, the Revere House is an historic home noted on local maps as early as 1836. This restored Captain's home of the Federal period was erected at the height of Provincetown's reign as a thriving fishing port and is one of the most distinctive and favorite inn in Provincetown. In the winter of 2004, the house was completely remodeled, however it still maintains the charm and ambiance of the nineteenth century throughout. You can begin each day with a continental breakfast in the beautiful outdoor gardens or large common room with fireplace. Since the late 1960's the house has been operated as an Inn in order to accommodate the many visitors that come to Provincetown each year to enjoy this small New England town, relax in the seaside atmosphere, and to view Provincetown from the Pilgrim Monument which commemorates the first landing of the Pilgrims in 1620 before they headed west to Plymouth. In May of 1995, Gary Palochko purchased the house and renamed it in memory of his Grandfather, Albert LaRivere. This historic and distinctive Provincetown Inn has also been featured on HGTV - If Walls Could Talk - for it's hidden treasures found in the walls that belonged to the owner from the 1860s.

my adult daughter and I recently returned from a trip to Cape Cod and Nantucket and can honestly say that our stay at Revere House was the highlight of the trip. We were delighted with the accommodation and fine furnishings and fittings - no expense spared on quality. Breakfast was served in a charming room to the dulcet tones of the likes of Sinatra, Doris Day, Dean Martin and other artists of that ilk. The selection of pastries, fruit, coffees and teas was excellent. Gary was a great host with a quirky sense of humour and very obliging Highly recommend this property. Only wish the other 2 places we stayed had been half s good!!!

The Revere House is our favorite place to stay in Provincetown. Gary is really welcoming and friendly. The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable and breakfast is just amazing, the renovated stable house where breakfast is served is a experience unto itself! The location on court street is just minutes from Comercial street and all the sights of the city! If you want a great stay while in Provicetown don't go anywhere else, the Revere House is the place to be!

The Revere House is a wonderful haven to go to for peace and quiet, or for respit after a day of craziness in town. It is only 1-2 blocks from the action, which is close but far away enough for a quiet, peaseful rest. The rooms are spotless, filled with everything you could use and more. Breakfast is yummy and filling, with many options. You will eat in a cozy, free standing building, or if weather permits, on a patio surrounded by a very pretty garden. This garden is perfect for curling up with a book or a cup of Gary's delicious coffee. That brings me to the innkeepers Gary and David! They are friendly and willing to be helpful in every way possible. This is a wonderful way to travel, and a a great place to stay! I recommend it too anyone!
