Cancellations with more than 21 days notice can opt to keep a Guest House Credit for a future stay or receive their deposit back less 15% of the total booking/reservation amount (minimum $95.00 fee). There are no refunds for shortened stays. Second time cancellations of rescheduled stays will forfeit their deposit. All holiday deposits are non-refundable (includes Memorial Day, July 4th, Annual Carnival Week in August, Labor Day & New Year's Weekend). - Accepted by the following agencies:
