Deposit amount required (A 50% deposit is required for all reservations of 2 nights or more; a full night's deposit for a single night's stay)

Cancellations:
Refunds, minus $30 cancellation charge, required one week's notice for the Quiet Season; 21 days for the SummerSeason, holidays and special events. After the reservation cancellation period has passed, the deposit - less the cancellation fee - will be refunded if the room can be rebooked. Deposits for reservations for holidays and special events are non-refundable. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals.
