The Inn was wonderful! Our hosts-John Jay and Patrick were fun, informative and very accommodating. Andrew-the chef prepared delicious, healthy and "pretty" breakfasts and cookies. Our suite was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable-and the deck chairs were very comfortable (although we spent most of our time exploring the Cape). We spent a couple of evenings in the shared living room-also beautifully appointed. It was fun meeting other Inn guests. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I could not have been more pleased with my stay at Inn at Cook Street. John Jay and Patrick gave such a warm and open welcome, and their graciousness and hospitality continued throughout my visit. The grounds and the Inn itself are spectacular. Meticulously and lovingly kept, the Inn is a perfect oasis from the bustle of Commercial Street. I will stay there again and again.

The Inn at Cook Street was a great place to stay before John and Patrick took over two years ago--clean, charming, convenient--a quiet retreat from the bustling town center yet an easy walk to the scene. Now it is even better. The rooms are immaculately kept and tastefully decorated. The hosts are always accessible and eager to help out in any way they can--a beach recommendation, a restaurant reservation, where to rent a bike or the best whale watch. Each morning begins with simple but hearty breakfast of eggs, fruits, a variety of cereals, juice and coffee. Parking is free and plentiful and the prices are more than competitive. We'll be back! John and Patrick could not be more welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was top notch. The inn was immaculately clean and quiet at night. Breakfast was outstanding and they accommodated all types of special diets. I have stayed in many different bed and breakfast in Ptown.....the Inn on Cook street was one of the very best!!! I look forward to our stay there again.

My partner and I stayed during Carnival. What can I say? It was so good that we've already booked our flights from the UK to come back next year AND we're bringing friends.

The Inn at Cook Street is a lovely B&B. Patrick and John Jay are gracious hosts. Whenever I go to Provincetown it's the only place I stay.

Impeccable accommodations, gracious hosts, sumptuous breakfasts! A charming B&B located in the quieter part of town, but still within walking distance of the ocean and bustling Commercial Street. Pat and John Jay have perfected Provincetown hospitality, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere and superior knowledge of the area and activities. The Inn at Cook Street has it all!

Quite simply, a wonderful place to stay in P-Town! It's near town, but not in town so nice a quite at night. The hosts, John and Patrick, are friendly and wanted to make sure our stay was just what we expected - which it was! Very warm and comfortable place - it was the first time my wife had visited P-Town and she loved the inn more than the town, difficult to do. Our room was upstairs and shared a deck. Breakfasts were tasty and presented very nicely! If you're considering staying here, don't hesitate, it'll be worth it.

What a wonderful find the Inn at Cook Street is! It is located on the quieter side of P-Town, but is within walking distance to everywhere. The property offers a selection of accommodations, including outside decks overlooking a koi pond and garden. Patrick and John Jay have tastefully decorated the inn and both are such welcoming and gracious hosts. The breakfast chef Andrew was a culinary master who we gave a standing ovation our last morning. We highly recommend staying here.

There is no place like The Inn at Cook Street. This Inn is “Top Notch” from floor to ceiling. John and Patrick are superb hosts and amazing, magnificent people. They brought my husband and me the greatest joy just by being who they are. The Inn is a home away from home in every facet. Not only are John and Patrick the best hosts, they are extremely knowledgeable about the entire area and can assist you with how to spend your time during your visit. It was our first visit to the Cape, and I really needed some advice and guidance. John and Patrick were beyond delightful! They are both extremely personable and just divine souls. We enjoyed our stay and we loved our conversations and good chat we had with both of them. We have met a lot of people – John and Patrick are two of the finest. The Inn is immaculate. It is exquisitely and beautifully decorated and everything has meaning. Décor is not there to simply fill a space…it’s there because it has meaning or there is a sentimental story behind it. EVERY room is stunning. We were there for 7 nights and we did not want to leave when it was time to go. We looked so forward to our marvelous breakfast every morning! Andrew is a brilliant, superb cook! There is much to choose from for your morning breakfast! Andrew can whip you up the special for the day (which you don’t want to miss) or you can choose from Organic yogurt, fresh fruit, homemade muffins, an assortment of bagels, English muffins, toast, cereals, granola…and the coffee is the BEST. For tea drinkers, there is a delightful array of delicious choices. Everything at The Inn at Cook Street is of the highest quality – perfectly chosen with the utmost poise, attention, and precision and it shows in every way. The yards and the gardens are manicured to perfection. We will not stay anywhere else when we visit Provincetown. If the Inn is sold out during the time we wish to visit, we will arrange our vacation days when there is room at The Inn at Cook Street!!
