Fairbanks Inn
The award-winning Fairbanks Inn is a distinctive bed & breakfast in the heart of Provincetown. Our cancellation policy requires twenty-one days notice prior to your scheduled date of arrival. If you cancel with less notice, a refund will be issued only for the nights that we are able to rebook your room. Cancellations within 48 hours of stay could put the full amount due in jeopardy unless we can rebook your room. A $50 cancellation fee, plus tax, applies to all deposit refunds.
