Cancellations or shortened stays will require at least 21 days notice prior to the arrival date in order to avoid full forfeiture of your deposit. A cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the stay ($50 minimum) will be assessed for all cancellations 21 days prior to the arrival date. Within 21 days of your arrival date we will refund your deposit minus the 10% cancellation fee only if the reserved room is re-rented. Deposits on a reservation cancelled at any time prior to a stay during holiday periods or any other special event period are NON REFUNDABLE.
