      If your reservation is cancelled more than 31 days prior to your arrival your advance deposit will be returned less a one night cancellation fee. Deposits on reservations cancelled 31 days or less prior to your arrival date, last minute cancellations, earlier than scheduled departures, late arrivals or shortened stays, are non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the room for the entire stay. If we are able to re-rent the room for the entire stay there will be a one night cancellation fee. RESERVATIONS: We are open year-round and you are encouraged to book your reservations early.
