    • Cancellations:
      If your reservation is cancelled more than 21 days prior to your arrival your advance deposit will be returned less a 10% processing fee. Deposits on reservations cancelled 21 days or less prior to your arrival date, last minute cancellations, earlier than scheduled departures, late arrivals or shortened stays, are non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the room for the entire stay. There is a 10% processing fee on all cancelled reservations. RESERVATIONS: We are open year-round and you are encouraged to book your reservations early.
