    A BEACH HOUSE OCEANFRONT B&B - Others claim it, but we're the only oceanfront B&B in Plymouth... just 20 feet from the water's edge. Guests have called our Beach House "A dream of a place..." and "A little bit of heaven." Perfect for romantic getaways, family vacations, reunions. Enjoy the casual elegance of this charmingly decorated home, featuring panoramic views of Cape Cod Bay and the land beyond from sundeck, screened in porch, living and dining rooms and kitchen. Enjoy the private beach and beautiful guest rooms. There are private ensuite baths, and delicious full breakfasts served by the sea, alfresco in warm weather, or in the dining room of by the fire when it chilly. All rooms access seaside living-dining room, sundeck, screened in porch. On a clear day, you really can see forever! Smoking on deck. Cable TV. Ceiling fans. The Beach House makes an ideal base to travel to Boston and Newport - 1 hr.; Cape Cod and Historic Plymouth 15 min.; Martha's Vineyard/Nantucket ferries, 30 min.     The Beach Rose Room $120/day for 2. Antique mahogany furnishings, sparkling whites, queen size feather bed with handmade quilt and shams, writing desk, rocker, and a private ensuite bath with shower make this a cozy retreat. Some guests haven't come out for days!

    The Sand Castle Room On the garden level, our largest room features a sofa, chairs, armoire with TV/VCR, king bed and private bath. Decorated in pastel peaches and creme, it is also a honeymooner favorite. One couple became engaged here and other guests return each year to celebrate their anniversary. Extra persons $30 each.

    • Minimum stay: Two-night minimum in season

    • Deposit amount required: Deposit is 50% of total. Balance due on arrival. We can reserve with a credit card, then accept payment, preferably in cash traveler's or personal checks. Credit cards if necessary.

    • Cancellations: All cancellations are subject to a $25 surcharge. If a reservation is cancelled 14 days in advance of scheduled arrival, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations less than one-week's notice, we will endeavor to rebook the room. If we do rebook, we'll return your deposit, less the $25 cancellation charge. If we are unable to rebook the room, your deposit will be forfeited.

    Private. Peaceful. Off the beaten path. Magnificently situated overlooking Cape Cod Bay. New owners Danny and Stephanie have perfected the art of hospitality. Comfortable accommodations, a host who is a talented chef and the serenity of the sea. Loved it!

    This place is fantastic! After a short drive up a narrow dirt road, you arrive at a wonderful place. High above the Cape Cod Bay, the view is wonderful, including the huge seals on the rocks below. Our hosts, Jack and Denise welcomed us as family. The breakfasts were out of this world, served on the patio overlooking the water. We'll be back!

    I never would have imagined that I would find such an incredible setting when I turned down the road leading to Beach House Oceanfront B&B. Not only is the view from this delightful B&B magnificent, but everything about the inn has a special charm. The owners/innkeepers, Denise and Jack Kedian, go above-and-beyond to make guests feel welcomed, special, and anxious to return. The decor of the B&B is tasteful, and guests also have access to a patio with an unobstructed ocean view. A delicious breakfast is beautifully served each morning, and the Kedians (who have longed lived in the area) provide invaluable guidance in helping guests decide what to do and see in this scenic, historic area of New England. I highly recommend A Beach House Oceanfront B&B to anyone traveling in the Plymouth/Cape Cod area during the months of May-October.
