Enjoy the casual elegance of this charmingly decorated home, featuring panoramic views of Cape Cod Bay and the land beyond from sundeck, screen porch, living and dining rooms and kitchen. Enjoy the private beach, beautiful guest rooms with comforters, quilts and eyelet linens. Flowers and sea shells abound. There are private ensuite baths, and delicious full breakfasts served by the sea, alfresco in warm weather, or in the dining room of by the fire when it chilly. FROM BOSTON AND POINTS NORTH: Route 3S to Exit 2, Herring Pond Road. Go right off ramp onto Herring Pond Road.
FROM RHODE ISLAND, CONNECTICUT, NEW YORK: Route I-195 to 25 to Buzzards Bay. Follow Route 6 along the Cape Cod Canal and go left at the overhead traffic light opposite the Info Center. Go left at the Bournedale Country Store onto Herring Pond Road. FROM HERRING POND ROAD go left onto 3A at intersection opposite the Sunoco Station. Drive 2.5 miles, pass Indian Head Resort on you left and then take second right onto Center Hill Road. Take first right at Harlow's Landing and bear left onto Black Pond Lane. - Minimum stay required (Two-night minimum in season)
- Smoking is allowed in limited areas (Smoking on deck and screened porch)
- Limited accommodations for guest pets (By arrangement. (Sorry, No cats, owner allergic.))
- Children are welcome (Closely supervised children always welcome)
- No childcare is provided (Hired child care by arrangement)
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Complimentary arrival beverage. Package store 2.5 miles.)
- Deposit amount required (Deposit is 50% of total. Balance due on arrival. We can reserve with a credit card, then accept payment, preferably in cash traveler's or personal checks. Credit cards in necessary.)

- Cancellations:
All cancellations are subject to a $25 surcharge. If a reservation is cancelled 14 days in advance of scheduled arrival, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations less than one-week's notice, we will endeavor to rebook the room. If we do rebook, we'll return your deposit, less the $25 cancellation charge. If we are unable to rebook the room, your deposit will be forfeited. - Accepted by the following agencies:
