The dining area faces the ocean and the lovely screened porch. Like the adjoining living room, it is furnished in cool whites and creams with a washed oak art deco table and Queen Anne chairs. A great place for a convivial meal or to while away a lazy afternoon.

The grounds provide a beautiful view of the Atlantic ocean. Google maps shows us in the wrong location -- we're right on the ocean on the bluff looking east.
Swans can be seen from time to time down at the beach, or viewed from atop the bluff on the sundeck.

A BEACH HOUSE OCEANFRONT B&B - Others claim it, but we're the only oceanfront B&B in Plymouth... just 20 feet from the water's edge. Guests have called our Beach House "A dream of a place..." and "A little bit of heaven." Perfect for romantic getaways, family vacations, reunions. Enjoy the casual elegance of this charmingly decorated home, featuring panoramic views of Cape Cod Bay and the land beyond from sundeck, screened in porch, living and dining rooms and kitchen. Enjoy the private beach and beautiful guest rooms. There are private ensuite baths, and delicious full breakfasts served by the sea, alfresco in warm weather, or in the dining room of by the fire when it chilly. Visiting Danny and Stephanie is a lot like staying with friends who have a house with sensational views, and who are friendly and generous whenever you're around them and know when to leave you alone. The house is beautiful and also comfortable -- just like the kind of beach house you'd like to have for yourself. And the view -- from their back yard you can just see the Provincetown Monument across the bay -- is as good as I've ever seen in 25 years of living, and then visiting, the Cape. The upstairs rooms are not spacious, but they're very comfortable. There's more room to spread out downstairs but honestly, the view from the porch, upstairs living room, dining area and back yard -- are so great that whatever time you spend at the house, you'll spend near the view. There are only three guest rooms, and the house is set up in a way that encourages people to get to know each other. On our visit this month we struck up friendships that we hope will continue long after the summer is over. Danny makes a great breakfast, and does things with bacon and waffles especially that you'll want to steal for yourself. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. I can't wait to return.

This place is fantastic! After a short drive up a narrow dirt road, you arrive at a wonderful place. High above the Cape Cod Bay, the view is wonderful, including the huge seals on the rocks below. Our hosts, Jack and Denise welcomed us as family. The breakfasts were out of this world, served on the patio overlooking the water. We'll be back!

I never would have imagined that I would find such an incredible setting when I turned down the road leading to Beach House Oceanfront B&B. Not only is the view from this delightful B&B magnificent, but everything about the inn has a special charm. The owners/innkeepers, Denise and Jack Kedian, go above-and-beyond to make guests feel welcomed, special, and anxious to return. The decor of the B&B is tasteful, and guests also have access to a patio with an unobstructed ocean view. A delicious breakfast is beautifully served each morning, and the Kedians (who have longed lived in the area) provide invaluable guidance in helping guests decide what to do and see in this scenic, historic area of New England. I highly recommend A Beach House Oceanfront B&B to anyone traveling in the Plymouth/Cape Cod area during the months of May-October. The Periwinkle Room Romantically lovely, a king size bed with delicately carved headboard, and private ensuite bath with tub/shower make this room a favorite with honeymooners. Some guests have asked if they could take the bed home with them. Views of gardens and a peek at the sea.

The Sand Castle Room On the garden level, our largest room features a sofa, chairs, armoire with TV/DVD Player, brand new king bed and private bath.
