Relax on the massive, flower filled deck or lounge by the large heated pool after a refreshing swim. Page's memorable breakfasts include creative fruit courses, delicious breakfast entrees, and homemade breads. She always has low-fat and low-cholesterol alternatives on hand.

    New in 2007, Hillside House, a custom built 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home, perfect for families and groups of all ages. Sleeps up to 8. Designer kitchen, AC, LCD TVs, CD/DVD/Stereo, 3 decks. Use of heated pool at main house 9-5. Lease and refundable security deposit required for Hillside House. Available beginning 7/28/2007. Rates: July 27-September 8th $3400/weekly; September 8th-October 13th $2600/weekly; October 13th-Jan. 5th $1800/weekly.

      Morgan's Way will happily refund any deposit if rooms can be re-rented or if we are notified two or more weeks prior to stay. Contact us directly for cancellation policy for Hillside House weekly rental.

    The Blue Room: Relax in this spacious air-conditioned queen bedroom overlooking the gardens and pool. This room has a spacious private bath with tub and shower.  Original Cape art adorns the walls of this perwinkle blue room.  Access to the heated pool and deck from this room is via the second floor exterior deck off the large living room adjacent to this  room.Guests enjoy relaxing by the fire in the expansive (16' x 24') 2nd floor guest living room.  Amenities include an extensive library, piano, art collection, and guest refrigerator.  The window seat overlooking the five acre grounds is perfect for reading or birdwatching--binoculars are even included. A  large LCD Sony TV with DVD Player and VCR is available for guests to enjoy.  Morgan's Way also has a small but good  VCR and DVD library.
    This charming air-conditioned one bedroom poolside cottage on Morgan's Way's 5 acre estate setting is the perfect escape for a couple wanting to relax and explore the Cape for a week or two. Perfect for honeymooners. A full kitchen enables guests to pack a lunch for the beach or cook a lobster after a day filled with the Cape's pleasures.  Private deck which is perfect for cocktails and birdwatching.  The heated pool surrounded by luscious gardens is just a step away.The greenhouse room is an elegant bedroom beautiflly decorated in green, rose and antique white and furnished with antiques and handmade reporduction early American furniture. A number of exquisite embroidered Asian Silks adorn the walls.  There is also a combined small TV/VCR in this room. Guests staying in this room have easy access to the heated pool and deck through the adjacent greenhouse. A large architect designed private bath that has an Asian motif adjoins this room.  It has a large glass enclosed corner shower.
    Morgan's Way Elegant First Floor Living room.  Guests can sit by a warm gas fireplace, enjoy the extensive art collection, and views of the gardens and decks.
