5 out of 5Brilliant weekend!
November 04, 2011
I spent a lovely weekend at the Tivoli Inn the last weekend in October. My room was charming, clean and tastefully decorated with a plump warm comforter for dream filled sleeping. My hostess Lisa Katsounakis did everything possible to make my stay special; restaurant reservations, introduction to many "locals" and tateful morning meals. I will most certainly return!

I've stayed at the Tivoli Inn on two occasions and both were excellent experiences. The Innkeepers are very personable and friendly. The rooms are exceptionally clean with interesting furniture and decor. It's especially nice to sit on the large and comfy front porch and watch the world go by.

The Tivoli Inn is a quaint and charming Inn just a few footsteps from the sometimes bustling main drag of Circuit Ave. If you're looking for a friendly and accomodating experience the "Tiv" is a winner. A large comfortable porch greets you as you enter. There is a great out-door shower for you and your dog!! How a "bow wowt" that! Innkeepers Lisa and Lori deserve nothing less than BIG HUGE KUDOS! I've been to the Inn again and again on business, with the family and with friends and I shall return again and again. I was there Sept 08 for the fishing Derby and to gather material for watercolor inspirations. I can't say enough about the excellent experience. The Tivoli Inn is "Local Flavor" at its best. Don't miss it. Thanks Lisa and Lori!!!! Ed Winarski

Inn was clean and front porch and outdoor shower were great amenities. Bath room share was not expected and breakfast was lacking.
Innkeeper Response
Guest should always be offered a room with a shared bathroom or a private bathroom . For those on a budget a shared bathroom is recommended. The shared bathrooms are very well maintained and cost less . There is also a lovely outdoor shower available to all guest. This should of been told to the guest upon reservation as is always standard procedure. Perhaps a new employee answered the phone and we apologize for the inconvenience. As for breakfast we do not have a licensed kitchen and are only allowed to serve a continental breakfast with non-hazardous foods. The board of Health is very strict and we must comply with their laws . We have been serving the best freshly ground coffee beans daily for the past 20 years and will continue to do so. There is also an assortment of herbal teas available 24/7 along with poland spring water (hot or cold instantly). We always include a fiberous bread for the health conscience guest along with quality fruit juice. It is something to start your day and hold you over to your next meal. Perhaps someday, we will expand to get a licensed kitchen in the near future if the town can approve it.4.8 out of 5Relaxing experience
