Superbly located in the very heart of town, The Nashua House is a beloved Martha's Vineyard Victorian Landmark featuring charming, breezy, sunlight filled rooms, gracious hospitality and stunning views of Nantucket Sound. All rooms have shared baths. Just beyond our front door are beautiful beaches, mainland ferries, picturesque Oak Bluffs Harbor, bike and boat rentals, movies, the Historic Gingerbread Cottages and the Flying Horses Carousel, and the spiritual refreshment of Ocean Park. All rooms have individual heat and AC.

Caleb also owns Martha's Vineyards best Mexican restaurant, The Zapotec, located just down the street from the Nashua House. Excellent Mexican and Southwestern food. An absolute favorite among the locals.
