We are walking distance from the Oak BLuffs ferry. When you get off of the ferry walk straight down on Lake Ave. We are near the Marina Dock office.

Minimum stay required (2 night minimum stay and 3 night minimum stay for holiday weekends.)
Smoking is not allowed
We cannot accommodate guest pets
Limitations on children staying
No childcare is provided
Consumption of alcohol is permitted
Deposit amount required (Full payment in advanced for 3 nights or less. 50% deposit for 4 or more nights. Balance due 21 days prior to arrival in cash or travelers check.)
Check in time is 3.00pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
Cancellations:
Cancellations - refunds are available with 21 days of notice of reservation. If Cancellations are made less then 21 days notice we will try to rebook the boat. If We can rebook the date the deposit will be refunded with a 10% service fee. If We cannot rebook the date the deposit is then forfeited. No refunds for late arrivals Or early departures.
