Market Street Inn
We offer vacation travelers a unique experience! Each of our apartments and condos is tucked away in one of six historic, colonial-period homes just steps from the waterfront. Ship captains, merchants and shipwrights built these special homes in the 18th century. The houses still have many original features, moldings, wainscoting, wide pine floors and fireplaces.
Each apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen, large living room and one or two bedrooms. For convenience, we provide private phones, cable TV, VCRs and internet access, and such essentials as porta-cribs.
Going Sensible Green. To save the environment and save you money, we offer housekeeping as an option. We're always happy to provide clean towels and sheets on request. Each room is air conditioned, of course. We just encourage guests to turn it off when leaving for any extended period of time. These small steps add up if everyone does them.
You may reserve by the night, week or month. When you arrive the only thing you need is a suitcase! We take care of the rest.
