Nice place, basically walking distance to the water front (like .5 miles). Quaint, very affordable, and the people/managers were nice and hands off, which I like. I would stay there again.

Originally had a reservation for just one room; due to administrative error reservation was not available upon arrival. Once able to reach innkeeper he apologized for the error and upgraded us to a better suite for the night. He was most accommodating and his customer service and quick handling of the issue was much appreciated. The suite was spacious and comfortable; however, 75% of the lights in each room did not work due to burnt out or missing lightbulbs. Very nice inn overall.

I didn't have any interaction with the staff because of my late-night arrival, but everything was ready when I arrived, and the room was great!

Beautiful building, squeaky floors, bed was okay, rooms very large and clean. Shouldn't be called bed and breakfast because all you get is a cereal type bar. Would go back very good location.
