Steamboat Wharf is 2 blocks away. Straight Wharf where the Hy-Line Ferry docks is about 6 blocks away. Taxi line at both ferries. Hi Speed ferry at both docks. We recommend taking a taxi due to non luggage friendly cobblestone and brick streets. Airport is less than 2 miles with a taxi line at the airport to take you to town.

Directions from airport:
Old South Road to Rotary. Drive toward Town. Left on Main Street (away from Harbor) to Federal Street. (only half block). Right on to Federal Street to end at Broad Street... only 3 blocks. Make quick right and left on to only cobblestone street North Water Street. Nantucket Whaler property is 8 North Water Street. Go another 4 houses to Step Lane and make left on to Step Lane. First house on left is 4 Step Lane. Enter covered porch to check-in.

We cannot accommodate guest pets (No pets for guests and owners that are allergic.)
Accommodations are not suitable for children (children over the age of ten.)
No childcare is provided (not through management; only private arrangement)
Deposit amount required (Total cost for 4 nights plus 50% of additional nights is the deposit paid at the time of reservation. Balance due 31 days prior to Arrival Date.)
Closed: January February March
Check in time is 3:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
Cancellations:
Full amount of total stay is not refundable for any reason, including weather, within 30 days of arrival date. Arrival date and Departure Date initially confirmed are not changeable due to unique setting and small property on island.
