This charming inn has elegantly decorated, bright sunny rooms, all with fireplaces, all with modern private baths. Policies
- Minimum stay required (On weekends a 3 night stay is required July & August, 2 nights June & October.)
- Smoking is not allowed
- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- Limitations on children staying
- No childcare is provided
- Deposit amount required (100% deposit is required for one-night stays. A 50% deposit is required for two nights or longer stays. We must have a deposit on all rooms in order to guarantee the reservation.)
- Check in time is 3:00 - 6:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
- Cancellations:
Deposits will be refunded only if notice is received by our office no less than 21 days prior to the intended date of arrival. A refund service charge of $25.00 per room will be deducted from the deposit.. Guests who check out before the last day of the reservation will be required to pay for the days reserved in full. We realize that situations may arise necessitating cancellation within the 21 day limit, and we do sympathize, however we must maintain our business policy due to limited season and high accommodation demands. A partial refund may be possible only if we are able to re-book the room(s).

They provide the warm hospitality and welcoming experience established by Barbara and Philip Broyles at the Federal House. They bring to the inn their diverse backgrounds and exposure to a variety of countries and cultures.
