Sea Breeze Inn
This seaside Victorian Inn is the closest Bed and Breakfast in Hyannis to the beach. The Inn's Widow's Walk is highlighted by a view of Hyannisport Harbor and accented by a warm sea breeze from Nantucket Sound. Each room is tastefully furnished, some with canopy beds and water views. All rooms have private bathrooms, air conditioning, tv's radios, and telephones. Our expanded continental breakfast of cereals, fresh fruit, home made muffins, bagels and cream cheese and our famous Irish scones (which have been featured in several travel guides) will give you a great start to your day. The Inn is very centrally located to harbor cruises, ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard (1.2 miles), shopping and restaurants on Main St. (1 mile), fishing, golf, tennis, antique shops, Kennedy Compound, Memorial, and Museum.Prices vary depending on the season. From N.Y.City Route 95 north (be careful after exit 46 and 75 stay to right) to 195 in Providence RI, stay on 195 to the end and bear right take 25 8miles to Cape Cod Canal Bridge go around rotary 3/4 of the way take that road 5 miles to first traffic light, turn right onto Route 6- Take route 6 to exit 6 Route 132 S. - Turn right onto 132 and at the 2nd traffic light bear to right onto Bearses Way go straight to fork, stay right to Main Street turn right - take a left at the first traffic light onto Sea St. One Mile on right on first curve to right.If you come in late your key will be on counter in office. - Nearest major airport: Boston, MA (BOS-Logan Intl.) 90 miles

The Jacuzzi Cottage is located by the beach and Hyannisport Harbor on Cape Cod. This newly built 2.5 bedroom cottage comfortably sleeps up to six people. It has a full kitchen with refrigerator, range, microwave, coffee maker, and cooking accessories. Bathroom consists of a big jacuzzi hot tab and a separate shower. Private deck with table, chairs and BBQ grill is located on the back. Other amenities include fireplace, cable TV, DVD player, radio clock, iron/ironing board, hair dryer. Bring your laptop and use our high speed wireless network to stay connected with your family and friends, check the latest headlines, or just surf the web. For your convenience, we have also set up a guest computer in the sitting area which can be used free of charge.

Meals

- Our signature dish is Scones
Irish Scones - 6 cups of flour, 1 cup of sugar, 3 teaspoons of baking powder, 2 sticks of margarine, 1 cup of raisins, 4 eggs, 3-4 cups of milk - In a large bowl sift flour sugar and baking powder - sift again with hands - add margarine and mix with hands until like fine breadcrumbs, add raisins - In another bowl mix eggs and milk - whisk together - Add egg mixture a little at a time until you reach a nice consistency not too wet and not too dry - turn oven to 425.00 (preheated) dust cookie sheet with flour - roll a little mixture in hands and place on cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 mins. Makes about 28 scones.
