Policies - Minimum stay required (3 days for all peak season weekends and Holidays)

- Deposit amount required (Two night deposit or 50%; Balance due prior to departure)

"Reservations canceled 14 days or more in advance of arrival date will be refunded in full, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. (Effective at time reservation is taken). Cancellations made WITHIN 14 days of scheduled arrival date will be refunded based upon the re-rental of the canceled room(s).
