This restored 1848 brick farmhouse with it's conveniant location to area colleges, highways, local restaurants, and the Berkshires and Pioneer Valley is the perfect place for travelers seeking comfort and hospitality. Our gabled brick farmhouse with gingerbread trim was built around 1848 and was known as the Old Clark Farm Homestead. The landscaping surrounding the home contains colorful flower beds along with rock walls and a sweeping backyard view of the Mt.Tom Reservation. This is a beautiful setting to relax and watch the birds from several decks or sitting areas throughout the property.
The second floor bedrooms all have queen size beds,antiques,tv/vcr,and a small refrigerator in each room. One bedroom has a private bathroom and the other two rooms share a bathroom in the hallway. We do provide bathrobes and slippers for your comfort. The entire home is air conditioned with free wi-fi service. Bed and Breakfast guests have a separate entrance with easy parking. Downstairs includes a sitting room with a gas fireplace and private dining room.
Breakfast includes a healthy farmhouse breakfast with fresh fruit,home made muffins/scones, coffee, juices,on the weekends and a continental version on weekdays- all with individual diets and preferences in mind.
