Tucked away in the back corner of the Inn is Room One hundred thirteen. A bright, airy and quiet room with a king size bed.
Ocean breezes, salt air, extended views as far as the eye can see... High ceilings, spacious and lovely and enough room for up to five guests to enjoy comfortably in Room Two hundred three.
High at the top of the house, nestled off to the side of the third floor is Room Three hundred ten. Cozy, with a high rise double bed and a magnificent view from the bedroom and bath. Accommodates two guests.
A favorite of romantics - furnished with a queen bed four poster set and comfortable cushy chair, it's the perfect place to relax! The view is breathtaking from the window in the small alcove and from the bath as well. Room Two hundred five accommodates up to two guests and if needed a crib.

I was looking for a weekend getaway on the Cape without having to take out a second mortgage! My only real requirement was that my room be on the ocean side of the building. I went to sleep every night to the sound of the waves, awoke to a very generous and delicious breakfast, and found all the employees/owners of the establishment to be friendly and helpful without being intrusive. I highly recommend By the Sea.

Very clean, comfortable rooms, breakfasts are wonderful, complete with fresh fruit, buns, and a different entree each day. Beach is in front of the building. beautiful, clean sandy beach that welcomes you to sit and relax. We come back each year as it is like a family.

Cancellations: In B&B--Deposits are refundable, less a $60.00 service charge, if notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If your plans must change, and you cancel or shorten your stay less than the 14 days prior to your arrival, we will refund your deposit, less a $60.00 service charge, only if we can re-rent your room for the same dates, and no other loss is incurred by us. We realize it is difficult to make reservations in advance of arrival without previous inspection or experience. We will do whatever is in our power to meet your comfort and expectations level but, in no way does this alter our refund policy. High seasonal demand for waterfront properties requires us to be strict on our policies so guests will be clear what their responsibilities are before booking. In depositing the reservation you ask us to turn away other business to hold your room. In good faith, we each do something for the other. Later arrivals after 8:00 p.m. must be arranged.
