- Deposit amount required (Deposit is 40% of stay for 3 nights or longer, 100% for 2 night or less. Balance due at check-in.)

In B&B--Deposits are refundable, less a $60.00 service charge, if notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If your plans must change, and you cancel or shorten your stay less than the 14 days prior to your arrival, we will refund your deposit, less a $60.00 service charge, only if we can re-rent your room for the same dates, and no other loss is incurred by us. We realize it is difficult to make reservations in advance of arrival without previous inspection or experience. We will do whatever is in our power to meet your comfort and expectations level but, in no way does this alter our refund policy. High seasonal demand for waterfront properties requires us to be strict on our policies so guests will be clear what their responsibilities are before booking. In depositing the reservation you ask us to turn away other business to hold your room. In good faith, we each do something for the other. Later arrivals after 8:00 p.m. must be arranged. - Accepted by the following agencies:
