Carriage House Inn
Welcome to the Carriage House Inn, located one quarter mile from the ocean in the picturesque seaside village of Chatham, on Cape Cod. The Inn is a traditional Cape home, tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished with antiques and family pieces. Our six bright and airy guest rooms feature king or queen size beds, private bathrooms and air-conditioning. The carriage house rooms offer fireplaces, private entrances and sliding glass doors that open to private flower-bedecked sitting areas. All bathrooms are updated, with roomy vanities and over-sized showers.

Cross the Cape Cod Canal via the Sagamore or Bourne Bridge and take Route 6 (Mid-Cape Highway) to Exit 11. Turn left on to Route 137 for 1/10th of a mile and then turn left on to Pleasant Bay Road. Follow Pleasant Bay Road 1.9 miles to its end at Route 28. Turn right on to Route 28 North and follow it 3.3 miles to the first traffic light. - Deposit amount required (We require full payment for stays of two nights or less and 50% payment for longer stays. Payment is applied to the last nights of the reserved stay and the 50% balance is due upon arrival.)
- Check in time is 2:00 - 6:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
- Cancellations:
A $20 per room processing fee applies for any cancellation or shortening of a reservation. If you cancel or shorten your reservation more than 21 days before your scheduled arrival, your deposit (less the processing fee) will be refunded. Otherwise, your deposit will be refunded only if we re-rent the room(s). - Accepted by the following agencies:
