The Beach House at Chatham is located in Chatham Village, only steps away from all the attractions Chatham has to offer; Monomoy Summer Theater, Veterans Field Cape Cod Baseball League and of course Downtown Chatham. Each of our rooms is casually decorated and offers full private baths and queen size beds. Our premier room has its own private entrance and deck. Amenities include TV/DVD, WiFi, complimentary beverages and snacks and a wonderful breakfast to start your day.

The Beach house was a great location in Chatham. We were a short walk into the main part of town. The room was very nicely decorated with a private entrance which was easy to use. Their recommendation for dinner was great, as my wife and I had a great meal. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful (Belgian waffle with berries). Thanks.

The rooms were lovely, neat , very clean, comfortable. We enjoyed happy hour at the bar set up in the front room. The living room was beautiful decorated in a nautical theme, with a large flat screen TV. The location is within walking distance to the village of Chatham, we walked to and from dinner which was great, no car necessary! Mark/Carol and their daughter were attentive and gracious host's. July 2012

Great Bed and Breakfast. The best we have stayed at in Chatham so far. Great location, great breakfast, great hosts. As they all are, it's a bit expensive.

We were made to feel very welcome during our 2 night stay in October. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfasts delicious. Our hosts were happy to recommend places to dine and we found those we tried excellent. Chatham is a lovely town and within easy walking distance of the Beach House are the main shops and restaurants. Thank you Mark and Carol.

My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary and it was very comfortable and clean. He even called ahead and had them put flowers and wine in the room! THey had a family emergency and were not present or able to make us breakfast which was a bummer.

We had a last minute overnight stay and were lucky to find the last room at this delightful B & B. The location was fabulous...could walk into town and not have to deal with parking! Breakfast was outstanding...a different hot breakfast served each morning, plus fruit, cereals, breads, etc. if you don't want the hot breakfast. The hosts couldn't have been nicer and more welcoming. The house is has a very cute. beachy feel...very homey & inviting. A really nice touch was the dining guide to all the local places, rated by the hosts...very helpful when we were looking for a place for dinner. Nice to get recommendations from a local. Included were also coffee shops, icecream, & pizza places. The room was cute & comfortable with plenty of space for luggage and personal things. Highly recommended if you want a more intimate experience, as they only have 3 rooms. Wish we had time to enjoy the gardens, sun porch, etc. We'll be back again!

if you want to live a tipical experience in Chatam I suggest it. The family is very kind and they offer a delicious hand made breakfast. The position is also good and central.

Cross the Cape Cod Canal via the Bourne or Sagamore Bridge and take Route 6 to exit 11. At the end of the ramp turn Left on to Route 137 south and continue to the end where you will intersect Route 28. Turn left on to Route 28 east and head towards Chatham. After traveling three miles you will come to a traffic light. Continue through the light and as you start up the hill you will see The Beach House on your left.
