The Beach house was a great location in Chatham. We were a short walk into the main part of town. The room was very nicely decorated with a private entrance which was easy to use. Their recommendation for dinner was great, as my wife and I had a great meal. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful (Belgian waffle with berries). Thanks.

You do not stay at a bed and breakfast for fabulous grounds, plush lobbies and large rooms. You go to resorts for that. The Beach House in Chatham is a good location, walking distance to shopping area, theater and ball park. It is clean. Attractive room - not huge but plenty of drawer and closet space. Very good shower. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfasts are very good. Only 3 rooms. Parking is easy. Good restaurant suggestions. Hosts are pleasant without being intrusive. Chatham is generally high priced - did I say overpriced? But the price here is reasonable. I would go there again.

The rooms were lovely, neat , very clean, comfortable. We enjoyed happy hour at the bar set up in the front room. The living room was beautiful decorated in a nautical theme, with a large flat screen TV. The location is within walking distance to the village of Chatham, we walked to and from dinner which was great, no car necessary! Mark/Carol and their daughter were attentive and gracious host's. Great Bed and Breakfast. The best we have stayed at in Chatham so far. Great location, great breakfast, great hosts. As they all are, it's a bit expensive.

We were made to feel very welcome during our 2 night stay in October. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfasts delicious. Our hosts were happy to recommend places to dine and we found those we tried excellent. Chatham is a lovely town and within easy walking distance of the Beach House are the main shops and restaurants. Thank you Mark and Carol.

My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary and it was very comfortable and clean. He even called ahead and had them put flowers and wine in the room! THey had a family emergency and were not present or able to make us breakfast which was a bummer.

We had a last minute overnight stay and were lucky to find the last room at this delightful B & B. The location was fabulous...could walk into town and not have to deal with parking! Breakfast was outstanding...a different hot breakfast served each morning, plus fruit, cereals, breads, etc. if you don't want the hot breakfast. The hosts couldn't have been nicer and more welcoming. The house is has a very cute. beachy feel...very homey & inviting. A really nice touch was the dining guide to all the local places, rated by the hosts...very helpful when we were looking for a place for dinner. Nice to get recommendations from a local. Included were also coffee shops, icecream, & pizza places. The room was cute & comfortable with plenty of space for luggage and personal things. Highly recommended if you want a more intimate experience, as they only have 3 rooms. Wish we had time to enjoy the gardens, sun porch, etc. We'll be back again!

Our stay was delightful. I would not hesitate to return or recommend it to a friend. The location was ideal - the town center was a block away, with shops, and good local restaurants an easy walk. The accommodations were clean and quaint. Breakfasts were exceptional. Lollipop (the cat) was a joy and a good companion. Thank you Carol and Mark.

Loved the location, close enough to walk to everything we wanted. Rooms are nice, good feel from the owners. Would come back in a heartbeat. Breakfast was great, bed a little firm and slightly noisy being on the road.

Our stay at the Beach House was just great. The hosts were very polite and accommodating...made us feel right at home. The rooms were cozy and quite clean. Breakfasts were fantastic. Downtown shopping, eating, bike trail and swimming at Oyster Pond were just a few minutes walk away. Would go back in a heart beat.

Mark and Carol (and Buddy) were wonderful hosts. Our room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast each morning was delicious!! We could walk into town, with endless choices to eat and shop. The afternoon goodies were a nice treat. Our room had a detailed reviewed of all the local restaurants which helped, seeing we had never been to Chatham before. They were right on!! We will definately go back!!

The owners, Mark and Carol, could not have been more accommodating. The inn is small - only three rooms so we had the place to ourselves with another couple (the third couple had cancelled at the last minute). The rooms were clean and cheerful and the bathrooom was recently renovated. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and very filling each morning. In the afternoon or evening we came home to fresh baked chocolate chip cookies! The inn is located right on main street in Chatham so we were able to walk right into town.

Mark & Carol have a delightful B & B in Chatham. It is situated next to the Post Office on Main Street and our room (Lighthouse Beach) was in the front of the house, we heard virtually no street noise. The room was charming, as were the common areas all wonderfully renovatred in lovely Cape color schemes, and the bed quite comfortable. A delicious breakfast is served at 8:30 each morning and Carol outdid herself during our stay with individual quiches one day and bananas foster french toast the next. We ate with pleasant and even enchanting guests both mornings. The proprietors are conversational if you engage them but never intrusive. This was the perfect end to our annual family week-at-the-beach vacation. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
