Our Studio Apartment sleeps 1-2 people and is furnished with a queen sized bed, desk, dresser and closets in the bedroom, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a table and two stools, and a bathroom with bathtub/shower.
It's a garden level studio, located in the back of the house, away from the street where it's quiet.
We provide wireless internet access, bedding and towels. Street parking is usually not hard to find in this area.
In the summer months, an AC is provided.
A washer and dryer are available in the house for your use.
Our house is located in the heart of Cambridge, in the pleasant neighborhood of Cambridgeport, just a few minutes' walk from Central Square where you can find several restaurants, shops, and the subway train (Red Line).
We are just 15-20 minutes walk from Harvard, MIT and Boston University.

Take I-90 W for 6.5 miles. Take exit 20 (Cambridge). Follow sign for Cambridge and go straight through a confusing and intense intersection. Go over the bridge, continue straight between two gas stations. This is River Street. Go for another 1/2 mile and the house (#115) is on the left, right next to River Gods Restaurant.

- Deposit amount required (50% of the total amount is required to confirm a reservation. You can pay by personal check or through PayPal (sorry, no credit cards). The remaining 50% is due upon arrival (personal check or cash))
- Check in time is 2.00PM and Check out time is 11.00AM
- Cancellations:
If you cancel your reservation or change the amount of days of your stay more than 14 days before the scheduled arrival, we will return your deposit. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days before arrival, we will only refund your deposit if we can re-rent the apartment. Obviously, we will do everything we can to do so.
