Irving House At Harvard

Since 1945 Irving House has been serving the traveling public. Many guests come to study at one of several universities, or tour the historic areas around the campuses. Irving House provides simple, convenient accommodations for short or long term stays. Located within easy walking distance of Harvard University's main campus, and not far from MIT, Tufts, and Boston University, Irving House is also close to many fine theaters, bookstores and a wonderful variety of restaurants with easy access to downtown Boston.

    Greeting the day--Our parlor is a cozy place to visit with other guests, wait for a cab, check your email.  We have a computer for guest use if you haven't brought your own.  And wireless internet throughout the house.
    Our 'continental' breakfast features local and organic cheeses, fair trade and organic coffees and teas. Whole grain breads, poached or hard boiled eggs, dried fruit and nuts complete a healthy, hearty meal to start your day.In the spring time
    Queen bed, private bath.  Each of our rooms includes a giving library, books for you to enjoy while you stay with us, and take away if you like!
