Thank you for your thoughtful review. We know that traveling on business can be stressful so we believe in doing everything we can to make you feel like you're at home. We have built our business on listening to our guests, and your suggestions help us be the best we can be. In response to your feedback, we have upgraded our wireless service and the new signal is clear, consistent, and still free of charge. Our breakfast begins at 7:15 am and our buffet spans two stations filled with a wide variety of offerings; it would be impossible for us to completely run out of food in fifteen minutes on any day, much less repeatedly over a period of days. So I am guessing the 7:30 am time may have been a typo. Having said that, 2008 has been the busiest year in our history. Last year, in celebrating our 10th anniversary, we significantly upgraded our breakfast offerings among many other improvements, and we really underestimated how popular the changes would be. Thanks to feedback from guests like you, we are ready with more breakfast pastries, hot homemade dishes, fresh fruit salads, and gourmet breads. Nowadays, we often have a full house, so we have also increased staffing on our breakfast team. Frequent replenishing means our buffet is always fresh, but should you have a special request or a favorite item, we will gladly accomodate you in whatever way we can. Likewise if you feel the coffee is terrible, we definitely want to hear about it while you are still here, so we can brew something you like right on the spot. Even if it means running out to the store, we'll gladly do it! We have received many compliments from guests who love our New England brand coffee and even order it at home but we are more than happy to stock your favorite brand whenever you visit. I hope you will introduce yourself on your next stay here, and I will personally make sure you never have to bring your own coffee! Thanks again for the review.
