This house of apartments offers two, one-bedroom apartments and one individual guest room. One of the apartments can include the individual room, making it a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment. Each unit has a contemporary style, with crisp, eclectic character and fine art. Just a two-block walk takes you to the Porter Square indoor shopping mini-mall, with casual restaurants, and to the subway for a ten-minute ride into downtown Boston. It is also just a ten-minute walk to Harvard. There are many boutique shops and ethnic restaurants within a few minutes walk along Massachusetts Ave. Karin operates a small yoga studio and healing center in the apartment house, and you are welcome to join her during some classes. She has lived in France for several years and can converse with you in French. PLEASE NOTE: UNLESS SHORT NOTICE THERE IS A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM, 3 NIGHT MINIMUM IN SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER,MARATHON AND OTHER LARGE EVENTS.

During Marathon, graduation , Fall, and other special events cancellation fee $100. Cancel one month or less prior to arrival, non refundable for nights not rebooked.
