Frost House
This house of apartments offers two, one-bedroom apartments and one individual guest room. One of the apartments can include the individual room, making it a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment. Each unit has a contemporary style, with crisp, eclectic character and fine art. Just a two-block walk takes you to the Porter Square indoor shopping mini-mall, with casual restaurants, and to the subway for a ten-minute ride into downtown Boston. It is also just a ten-minute walk to Harvard. There are many boutique shops and ethnic restaurants within a few minutes walk along Massachusetts Ave. Karin operates a small yoga studio and healing center in the apartment house, and you are welcome to join her during some classes. She has lived in France for several years and can converse with you in French. PLEASE NOTE: UNLESS SHORT NOTICE THERE IS A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM, 3 NIGHT MINIMUM IN SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER,MARATHON AND OTHER LARGE EVENTS.

FROM MASS PIKE EAST (Route-90E) Take exit number 18, on the left towards ALLSTON/CAMBRIDGE. Keep RIGHT at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto CAMBRIDGE ST. Turn LEFT just before bridge onto SOLDIERS FIELD RD. Exit at N Harvard St, towards HARVARD SQ. At Harvard Square turn left onto MASSACHUSETTS AVE - Rt. 2A. Go 1/4 mile, enter roundabout and take 2nd exit continuing on MASSACHUSETTS AVE. Go 1/2 mile more and Turn RIGHT onto FOREST ST the 1st LEFT onto Frost St to #5.

FROM LOGAN AIRPORT: Go towards BOSTON VIA TUNNEL (NOT THE TED WILLIAMS TUNNEL!). Follow signs to Rt. 93 South and Mass Pike Rt.90 West Exit onto Mass Pike (route 90) west.
FROM MASS PIKE WEST (ROUTE 90W), take exit 20. Follow signs to Cambridge, and immediately move into the far left lane. Take first possible left (before the bridge) onto Soldier's Field Road- along The Charles River. (See directions below)
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: From LOGAN AIRPORT: At each terminal is a bus stop to the Silver Line MBTA. Take the Silver line MBTA to South Station. From the Station, take the Red Line subway toward Alewife. Exit at Porter Square. Walk along Massachusetts Ave toward Harvard Square. Turn left onto Roseland. Walk 1 block. House offers two 1-bedroom fully furnished apartments and one individual guest room. The individual room is attached to one apartment and can be rented as a two bedroom 2bath apartment. The 1-bedroom apartment rates: in Spring, Summer, Fall: $140-160/night based for single or double occupancy. $25/night additional per adult. Family discounts. Room rate $110/night.
NOTE: Rates may be higher during special events and graduations.

Cancellation fee $25. 2 weeks or less of arrival, 50% of any nights not rebooked during standard dates. 24 hours or less, non refundable the first night. During Marathon, graduation , Fall, and other special events cancellation fee $100.
