    i have a furnished garden studio, in another house i own close to the guest house(it rents for 175.00 per nite, for 1 or 2 persons in the unit, and i do not have or provide extra beds... max is 2 people IN ANY STUDIO. i am not set up to take credit cards, i am happy to hold a reservation on your word, payment is on arrival in cash or travel checks only(sorry no personal or company check, at least the 1st time...i will work with any university, in the u.s.a. please ask me. i only take 1 person per room in the 2nd floor rooms, as the have full size beds and share a bath...I WILL TAKE 2 PEOPLE IN THE 1ST FLOOR ROOM ONLY,IT HAS A QUEEN BED AND PRIVATE-DETACHED BATH.

    First Floor Bedroom:  the first floor bedroom faces Antrim street and adjoins the dining area and first floor common areas. There is a queen sized bed, and a private, detached bath.Second Floor Bedroom Facing the Garden:  awake to the melody of songbirds in our trees. This bedroom overlooks the garden and has a full bed. The second floor bath is shared.
    Second Floor Bedroom Facing Antrim Street:  this lovely room faces Antrim Street. There is a full bed and shared bath.Rooms for Reflection and Relaxation:  on both floors there are plenty of spaces to relax with a book and cup of tea. Sit by the beautiful plant-lined bay window overlooking the garden on the first floor or relax with a book in the second floor den.

    The Garden:  enjoy the four seasons in the lovely and quiet garden at Antrim House. See the flowers bloom, the birds feeding, or the sight of snow on a bare branch. After visiting the garden, enjoy a day at the shops, restaurants, museums, and cafes all within blocks of your room.
