Our beautiful Colonial designed by your host, with its unique floor plan, is warm and inviting. The rooms at Fox Run are peacefully quiet and spacious. Guests are encouraged to roam freely from common areas to the deck and yard. The yard with it's active bird feeders and water fountain is surrounded by a tranquil forest. Centrally located, Fox Run makes a great base for day trips - to all points of interest Cape Cod has to offer. Our warm water beaches are fed by the gulf stream. Cancellations:
10 days prior to your stay for a full refund. On shorter notice, a $25 bookkeeping fee will apply. The remainder of the deposit will be based on re-booking the room(s). If the room(s) cannot be re-booked, your deposit will be forfeited. Without prior notice (7 days), late arrivals-early departures will be viewed as a cancellation.
