Pepper House Inn
Elegant rooms, Scrumptuous breakfasts, Walk to beach, Warm hospitality. The Pepper House Inn was built in the late 18th century by one of Brewster's premier Sea Captains for his family. Each of the elegant guest rooms features mahogany and cherry 4 poster beds, private attached bath, fireplace, lovely sitting area (either camelback sofa or a pair of wing or parlor chairs), air conditioning, and cable TV. Guests can enjoy the beautiful gathering room for relaxing, reading, and mingling. Dine in our mahogany & cherry dining room, on our spacious deck, or in our screened porch and enjoy the beautiful weather. Full breakfast is included. Your innkeeper will be happy to help you plan out your daily activities.

From the Sagamore bridge to Cape Cod, proceed on Rt 6 East to Exit 10 (Rt 124). Turn Left onto Rt 124 heading North to Brewster . Follow to the end, where it intersects with Rt 6A - Main St. Turn right onto Main St. The Inn is on your right.
Bus service is available - "Flex" bus route goes right past our inn and you can request a stop. - Nearest major airport: Hyannis, MA (HYA-Barnstable Municipal) 20 miles

Exit airport at rotary. First right at rotary onto Rt 132.
Follow to entrance to Rt 6 East. Rt 6 East to Exit 10. Turn Left onto Rt 124 heading to Brewster. Follow to end. Turn Right onto Main St / Rt 6A. Inn will be on your right.
Bus service is available from Boston via "Plymouth & Brockton" bus company, connecting with "Flex" bus in Hyannis or Orleans. Flex bus route goes right past our inn and you can request a stop.

Our chef, Bill has been receiving rave reviews on his fluffy omlettes from our guests. Seems like his Culinary Institute training is wowing our guests! Guests enjoy a choice from our menu of selected hot entrees.

- Deposit amount required (For stays of 3 nights or less, full payment on reservation. For more than 3 nights a 50% deposit on reservation, balance due 14 days prior to check-in.)
- Check in time is 3 p.m. and Check out time is 11 a.m.
- Cancellations:
14 day cancellation policy applies. Full payment due for cancellations of 14 days or less, if the room is able to be rebooked, then a $30 fee will be deducted and balance refunded. Full deposit can be applied toward another stay subject to availability(except July & August weekends). A $30 fee will be deducted for any cancellation.
