Our Canal Room features a queen size Pineapple bed, cable TV, room fan and air conditioning. It is available with a private bath, shared bath or as a suite with our Sunset Room. WI-FI internet access is available.
Our Sunset Room features an antique double bed, room fan and cable TV and is rented as a suite with Canal Room sharing the hallway bathroom. Please call us for availability. WI-FI internet access is available.

Located by historic Cape Cod Canal, Holly House is a beautiful Victorian home. Wrap-around porches allows guests to relax, read or just watch the ships on the canal. Garden features numerous holly bushes and a variety of flowering plants.

I was there on business. The Inkeepers were very friendly and helpful. The inn was very comfortable and nicely furnished. Breakfast was great, enhanced by conversation with a warm and friendly host. I slept very well in a comfortable and homelike bedroom. If ever I am back in the area. I will stay with them again.

We stayed at Holly House during the weekend of the Bourne Scallop Festival. Found out about the place via the Chamber of Commerce website. We had never truly done the full B&B "experience" before, because of busy schedules. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay with Tom, he was the consummate host, even flying solo (his wife Rita being away visiting the children). Great place, good conversation, GREAT FOOD. Highly recommended, and we plan to visit again in the near future. We are looking forward to meeting Rita next time! Doug, Brenda & Adrienne

From Points West: Rte. 495 to Rte. 25 to Bourne Bridge - continue with directions in #4. 3. From Rhode Island: Rte. 195 to Rte. 25 to Bourne Bridge - continue with directions in #4. 4.
