Nolan House
Nolan House is a small non-smoking B & B in a privately owned Victorian home, (circa 1860). All rooms are clean, spacious, have tv/vcr, air conditioned, and furnished to create a warm and comfortable "home-away-from-home" atmosphere. There is free "on-street" parking 3 mins. from house on week days and on week-ends there is free parking anywhere from fri. nt. till mon. morning. A full breakfast is served daily. South Boston, fondly called "Southie", is a predominately Irish neighborhood of Boston. We are near Boston Harbor, minutes from Downtown Boston, the Financial District, and the original Filene"s Basement. The World Trade Center, the Black Falcon Terminal, the new Boston Convention Center, Bayside Expo Center, are all very close or within walking distance of Nolan House. Outside our door, a #9 bus will take you straight thru to Copley Square and Newbury Street, (10 min.) or take the subway from Broadway Station through to Harvard Square or MIT , (10 min. on the "Red Line").

Full refund, (minus $25.00 USD cancellation fee), up to 14 days prior to coming. If cancellation is made 14 days or less prior to coming, you will be charged an amount equal to one nights rate; ($125.00-150.00/shared bath, or, $150.00/private bath).
