- Cancellations:
Your credit card number is required to guarantee your reservation. A 50% deposit is required to hold your room. For cancellations before 10 am (EST) on the 14th day prior to the arrival date, there is a $35 cancellation fee. For cancellations after this time, the guest is responsible for 50% of the entire booking. For cancellations made after 10 am (EST) two days prior to the arrival date, guests are responsible for 100% of the booking. Please note that all cancellations must be made in writing via email to Clarendon Square. Your reservation is not cancelled until you receive a cancellation number from our staff. Travel insurance is often worth its small cost. Please purchase insurance if you have reason to be concerned about canceling your trip. - Accepted by the following agencies:
