Guests wishing to cancel their reservation must do at least twenty-four hours in advance. That is, guests must notify Casa do Zequita of their desire to cancel an existing reservation by 2:00 pm of the afternoon prior to their check-in date. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a full charge for the first night of the reservation in question.
