One block from Charles Street and its antique shops, restaurants and conveniences. A short walk to Boston Common, the Public Garden, "Cheers", downtown, subway stops, the State House and Freedom Trail connecting historic sites, including Quincy Market. Spacious rooms (queen or double plus sofa-bed, private baths, attractively and comfortably furnished. Elevator for luggage. Home-cooked breakfast by hostess in dining-sitting room with river view, oriental rug, crystal chandelier, family antiques, good conversation, 2 sweet white dogs. Public garage nearby.

From Charles St, turn right onto Pinckney St, first left onto Brimmer St on "flat" of Beacon Hill. Garage parking nearby. If you're not arriving by car, I strongly suggest you NOT rent a car to use in Boston where driving and parking are difficult and expensive. Pick up a rental car on your way out of town, or turn in your rental car after leaving your luggage here is my advice!

Deposit non-refundable and payable in $US by personal check, travelers' checks, int'l money order, electronic bank transfer ($50 fee). Under certain rare circumstances credit good for 1 yr will be issued.
