- Cancellations:
Due to the limited number of rooms, Beach Inn by the Sea requires a minimum 30 day notice of cancellation prior to your reservation date in order to receive a deposit refund. If you cancel within 14 days of the reservation date, you are financially responsible for the entire reservation. If the room can be re-rented, a refund will be made. Early departures are treated as cancellations. Any refunds are subject to a $50 service fee of the held deposit.
