    • No childcare is provided
    • Consumption of alcohol is permitted
    • Deposit amount required (50% deposit required for all reservations of 3 nights or more. For reservations of two nights or less complete payment is required.)
    • Closed: Early check in-late check out possible
    • Check in time is 3 pm and Check out time is 11 am
    • Cancellations:
      If you cancel MORE than 2 weeks prior to arrival we will cancel your reservation less 10% of your deposit OR hold the entire amount for a future booking. LESS than 2 week notice, deposit (less 10%) refunded when room time is re-booked.

    Voted "One of the best overall Inns in the USA" by Arrington's Journal. A classic 1740's Cape Cod Inn with the spirit of a small luxury hotel. Heated pool, year-round hot tub spa, 11 fireplaces, fireplace suites, suites with kitchens--lots of options. Seperate guest entrances and exits for maximum privacy. "Editor's Choice~2005" by the Cape Cod Guide.A fire is laid for you every day! Bring your breakfast back to your suite and cozy up!
    Wake up and roll out on to the courtyard!The Inn's wood carved sign won "best overall sign" for the state of Massachusetts the year it was made (we feel it sets the tone well). The surprises waiting at the TOP of the driveway are too many to mention. As you can see by the snow, we're open year round.
    A fire is laid for you every day!All of the bedding at the Lamb and Lion is the best money can by. All rooms are air conditioned, have private in-room baths, and have wonderful guest ammenities. This room, "Lair 2", has a cozy gas fireplace stove.
    Our 4 "Lair" rooms all feature either a king or queen bed (all top-of-the-line bedding), private in-room bath, cozy gas fireplace stove, sitting area, cable TV, wireless internet, telephone, A/C and LOTS of privacy. This room, "Lair 1" is bright and cheerful.All of our rooms are very clean, very spacious and very private. All have private in-room baths, sitting areas, cable TV, A/C, telephone and wirepless internet. This room, "Sweet 9" is very bright and cheerful, has a kitchen and is just a few steps from the pool and hot tub spa.
    The Lamb's Retreat was actually a 1740's horse stable!Roll out of bed and into the courtyard!
    This is the real deal! A 1740's Barn with many new twists including air conditioningm a gas fireplace stove, private deck with BBQ and wireless internet!Comfy bedding! Enjoy your fireplace!
