  • Cancellations:
    Cancellation requires a 30-day advanced notification by email or certified mail for refund of deposit, minus a $25 handling charge. In case of late cancellation, Laurel Grove will be pleased to refund your deposit balance if the room is rebooked by another guest. Cancellation of special events or whole house rental must be made 120 days before the rental is to begin for a refund.
