The Victorian Candle is a fabulous calm and clean getaway in southern Maryland. The family staff is warm and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the environment is very relaxing.

Stayed in the penthouse suite , was a wedding gift. I only stayed one nite. The owners were nice and warm upon check in. We had a nice stay, was very quite, we mostly kept to our room. This was my first bed and breakfast stay. We woke up and went to breakfast at 9 am, where the owner preped breakfast and sat around over breakfast telling us about how the house was built and other storys. Overall i had a good time, im only 10 minutes away so i did not go out of my way to get there.

This beautiful B&B provides comfort of home living with the conveniences of a hotel. Large, clean rooms, friendly service, and wonderful breakfast. Would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful retreat.
