5 out of 5Stunning property, amazing innkeepers
March 01, 2013
Ron and Shelby's attention to detail and passion for what they are doing is evident at every turn. We were immediately made to feel welcome and very much at home. Unbelievable suite, beautiful common areas- especially the dining rooms. Ron's breakfast was thoughtfully prepared and a real treat. Chef's dinner was world class-with a first rate wine and vodka program. What originally started out as a quick overnight trip to Easton, for a concert at the Avalon Theater, turned into a magical weekend that my wife and I will not soon forget. Three weeks later we still smile when we talk of our stay. Thanks for everything Ron and Shelby- the impression you made on us personally was every bit as memorable as your lovingly restored grand dame.
5 out of 5Wonderful Birthday getaway
August 21, 2011
This place is a jewel. Celebrated a milestone birthday in this gorgeously restored Victorian. Safari suite was wonderful, themed but not over the top. Really comfy bed, jacuzzi tub and steam shower. Breakfasts were simple and tasty, fresh fruit followed by a french toast or quiche, with plentiful, hot drinks. Peacock Restaurant served one of the best meals we've had in a long time. The owners are nice, friendly, knowledgeable, happy to sit and chat or to leave you to yourselves, as you wish. They are recent transplants to Easton but are involved in community life of the town and are great sources of information. The little extras really made it special --beautiful flowers in the room, chocolate chip cookies one day, chocolate covered strawberries, bottle of very nice Prosecco. All the details were superb. They also arranged an in room massage for us both --best massage I've had in a while, which was a lovely surprise. Wishing the owners much success and can't wait to go back.
5 out of 5Great place to stay and eat in Easton
July 05, 2011
My husband and I stayed at the Inn at 202 Dover for two nights over the July 4 weekend. The Innkeepers are friendly and attentive, as are the staff, and serve fabulous breakfasts. They also did a spectacular job preserving the historic building that now is the Inn. The dinner we had on Friday night at the Inn's Peacock Restaurant (open Thurs-Mon) was outstanding, too. Don't miss this gem of a place that is walking distance to Easton's many art galleries and historical museum.

5 out of 5Outstanding B&B in Historic Easton
July 28, 2009
This B&B property exceeded my expectations in every way. As a meeting planner, I booked ALL the rooms in the inn for my group of high level executives. They were so impressed with the property, that our CEO decided to spend one more night there after the meeting ended! Ron and Shelby (the owners) are warm, friendly and understand superior service. They were always available - and made every meal look like it was meant for royalty! I highly recommend this property for those with discerning taste -and those that want to experience the best of the best!
5 out of 5A kid-free getaway
March 22, 2009
My husband and I enjoyed ourselves immensely at the Inn at 202 Dover. The occasion was a romantic long weekend sans 15-month-old (at home with Granny!) - and we rediscovered each other. The Inn was the perfect setting - beautifully restored and decorated, and Ron and Shelby were great hosts and ambassadors for the area. Ron pointed out interesting things to see and do in Easton (fantastic history, restaurants and art scene) and nearby St. Michaels, but we also enjoyed lots of relaxing downtime. We highly recommend the Safari Suite (though all are beautiful) as it is more privately located than the others. Food and amenities were fantastic - Ron makes a mean breakfast! We'll be back! We consider it our good fortune to have been unable to procure our usual accommodations at the Inn at Easton. You far exceeded our expectations and have won a loyal customer whenever we visit Easton. I also appreciate your kindness and concern while I was ill the last several days. Thank you for your kindness!
