  Deposit amount required: A valid credit card number and information is required (We may process an AUTHORIZATION on your card 10 prior to arrival), or one night deposit by check (50% deposit for 3 days or longer).

• 

  Cancellations: Due to the size and nature of our business, cancellations have a significant impact on our operations. Cancellations must be made AT LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR to your scheduled date of arrival to avoid any penalties. If you cancel less than 10 days before your arrival date: 1. You will be charged a non-refundable cancelation fee of $75.00 per day (per room) and we will email you a cancelation confirmation. 2. If you wish to reschedule your reservation, you will still be charged a $75.00 cancelation fee per day (per room); we will charge your credit card the entire amount of your re-scheduled reservation and issue a Gift Voucher, valid for 60 days. 3. Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will be charged $75.00 per room-night PLUS one night or $75.00 per room-night PLUS 50% of the reservation, whichever is greater. The same charge applies in the unlikely event of a "no-show". 4. You are responsible for the full length of your reservation, regardless of the actual number of nights spent at the Inn
