The Georgian House location is wondeful, parking very convient, and easy to find. The Berger's were gracious hosts, the food was excellent, and the rooms were clean, convenient, and the other guests great to visit with. We'll have to stay again in the future. The Bird's

We stayed at the Georgian House in February and had a fabulous experience. I'm finally getting around to writing this review. The Georgian House will always hold a special place in my heart since this was where my fiance and I got engaged. Ann and Tom were excellent and friendly Innkeepers. Ann actually helped my fiance behind the scenes (which I had no idea about!). He coordinated a romantic evening which included dinner at Carrol's Creek Cafe (which I highly recommend) and a leisurely stroll around Annapolis. When we got back to the room, there was champagne, roses and chocolate covered strawberries. Ann went above and beyond to set up the room while we were out so I did not suspect a thing! It was wonderful. The breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning. Ann and Tom took the time to talk with the guests throughout breakfast each day and had great suggestions of local sights and attractions. The location is prime and is conveniently located right off the center of town. Everything is in walking distance including the military academy. Wonderful experience all around. Thank you again Ann and Tom for helping to make our engagement special. We would highly recommend this bed and breakfast. Jen & Mike February 2011

The Georgian House B & B is perfectly located adjacent to but just a block away from the main street in Annapolis. Thus conveniently located but buffered from the evening's street life. Lovely home with elegant appointments, hosted by folks who know how to make you feel at home, while not intruding on your activities. Will stay there again soon. Susan and Willard Whitson

We came for a weekend getaway and found the Georgian House to be a real hidden gem in the middle of the Annapolis Historic District. Ann is a superb hostess, warm and friendly, and a super chef. Here breakfast offerings made it easy to linger and chat with the other guests. We are anxious to return very soon.

Our stay at the Georgian House was very nice. The room was very cozy albiet very small, with a ceiling extremely low. We will stay there again but will ask for a room on the second floor,, not the third floor, didnt realize there was a third floor! It was convenient to everything, and the owner was very nice. The breakfast was awesome.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The location in the Historic District allowed us to walk everywhere (with discounted parking as well). Breakfast everyday was unique and sumptious. Ann is a wonderful hostess and innkeeper. We will definitely return next year.
